Pastor Randy

Pastor Randy came to Evangel in 2002 after serving in Colorado Springs Colorado, Hayward Wisconsin and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Born in Red Wing Minnesota, Randy grew up outside of Chicago where his father was a pastor. He attended Bethel College then graduated from Bethel Theological Seminary.

Pastor Randy and his wife Chris were married in 1990. They reside in Boardman with their three children: Ashley, Brett, and Mitchell. My goal here is to honor God by helping people at all places and stages to take their next step with Christ.

Pastor Greg

Pastor Greg has been at Evangel since 1995. After growing up in Cape Coral Florida, he graduated from Cedarville University then received his Masters of Theology in Pastoral Ministry from the Dallas Theological Seminary.

Greg and his wife Becky were married in 1989 and have three children – Jerusha born in 1992, Mesha born in 1995, and Stefan born in 1997.

Pastor Greg’s impact on Evangel’s youth can be seen through the amazing increase in attendance from about 12 teens to over 75 consistently for the past 5 years.

Lynda Hawkins

Debbie Betts

Debbie Betts has been a Director of Children’s Ministry here at Evangel since April of 2006. Debbie received her B.A. degree in Elementary Education from Cedarville University. She has been involved in many aspects of local church ministry including Women’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry and Music Ministry. She has 12½ years of experience as an elementary school teacher. She has taught kindergarten thru 4th grade and special education. She is currently employed part time at Boardman Schools and in the summer at Boardman Park. She has three children, Amy, Emily, and Ryan.
